Description:
Ellicott Creek winds through various towns in the Buffalo Niagara region. To the East, the creek runs through Glen Park, cascading as a beautiful waterfall. If you head this way, be aware that much of the shore line is privately owned.
The route we recommend is to the West, paddling alongside Ellicott Creek Road. It meanders through the City of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, connecting to the Erie Canal near Gateway Park in North Tonawanda.
Put-in:
Ellicott Creek Park - boat launch is located on the corner of Niagara Falls Boulevard and Ellicott Creek Road, across from the gas station, there is a gravel parking lot.
Take out: same as put-in
