Proposal Structure
Proposals for the matching program must include the following elements:
(a) Name & contact information for the Principal Investigator;
(b) Make & model of the equipment;
(c) Purchase price (with attachment of a current price quotation);
(d) List of faculty who will use the equipment;
(e) Proposed location for placement of the new equipment;
(f) Proposal narrative, including description of Impact, Scope, and plans for Maintenance and Sharing.
The
Impact section should include specific plans for use of the equipment
(e.g., providing an overview of the application of the equipment to
collect key data for projects under investigation by each faculty
member listed). Specific plans for submission of grant proposals should
be detailed.
