Textbook

There is no single source for all of the material. As we progress through it, I will mention various texts that cover the topics we touch on. in most cases, the sources abound; I will just give a few examples I have found useful.


Reading

I'll probably ask you to do some reading before most lectures, so we're in sync. I'll post the reading assignments here.
