What are you currently working on?

My research interest is to develop antibody-free quantification methods by LC-MS with high sensitivity and robustness for protein drugs and biomarkers. Collaborated with Thermo Fisher Scientific, a novel strategy FAIMS-Differential Compensation Voltage (FAIMS-dCV) was developed to achieve a similar sensitivity as an antibody-based strategy (e.g. ELISA) in the quantification of monoclonal antibodies and low-abundance biomarker. In the following years, I would optimize the current strategy and apply this amazing method to neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn)-related investigation, which might provide sights for pharmacokinetics modeling.

What is your passion for research?

My passion for research is curiosity-driven. Diving into a scientific problem and challenging myself is a wonderful journey.
