The registration costs will cover conference material, access to speaker presentations and poster sessions, coffee breaks, poster sessions, poster reception, the Saturday lunch box, the Friday ice breaker party, and the Saturday Night conference dinner.

The field trip requires a separate registration that covers the drink and a snack.

We continued to accept poster abstracts.
* We particularly encourage students to submit poster abstracts. Accepted student poster presenters register for free (accepted student poster presenters must register by Sept. 15th). We also plan to offer on a first-come-first-serve-basis free conference hotel rooms to accepted out-of-town student poster presenters  (two students per room; Friday, Oct. 7, and Saturday, Oct. 8 nights only!). Accepted student poster presenters will be notified accordingly.
