Marcia's Library was the inspiration of the Monday Night 506 Research Club, a member of the Association of Frustrated Librarian-Wanna-B's, established in 2001.  Twenty-five various humans from all walks of life placed a collection of their books (hopes and dreams)  in Marcia's Library for mutual sharing.  The members of the club felt they wanted to share their works with others so the collection was expanded and moved to the basement of Baldy Hall.  This location provided a computer lab where various classes were shared and war stories were exchanged especially in the late evenings and weekends with the help of volunteers (a/k/a LIS TA's)!
