What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?
The purpose of Interlibrary Loan is to obtain books and materials needed for research from other libraries when they are not available at Marcia's Library. Use the interlibrary loan form to make a request.
How Long Does It Take?
Photocopies of journal articles: 1-2 weeks by mail (average); 2-4 days by FAX or Internet.
Materials from foreign libraries usually take longer.
How Much Does It Cost?
Books are provided at no charge.
Articles are $3 each. FAX Delivery
is $6 per article.
Who May Use the Interlibrary Loan Request Form?
All Marcia's Library patrons.
What Do I Do?
Make sure the material you need is not available at Marcia's
Library.
Ask a reference librarian to assist you if necessary.
