Dr. Xiaoyan Zhang obtained
her Ph.D. degree from department of Pharmacology and Toxicology
in University of Louisville in 2008. Prior to joining the
Graduate Program in Louisville, She obtained her M.S. degree
from Epidemiology department in Fudan University. Her past
research was focused on cancer association with drug
metabolizing enzyme N-acetyltransferase and she had eight peer
reviewed published papers. While in the Balthasar Lab, Dr. Zhang worked to develop and evaluate of immune complex therapies
in rodent models of thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). |
