1. Equation (4.32)

Equation (4.32) should be

\[ \begin{aligned} {\dot u}_0 &= 0,\\ {\dot u}_i &= \partial_i \left[A + \left(a H\right)B + B'\right] \\ &= \partial_i \left[\zeta - \left(a H\right) B\right]. \end{aligned} \]

The last line comes from vanishing anisotropic stress, \(G_{ij}=T_{ij}=0,\quad i\neq j\).

2. Equations (A.65) and (A.72)

Equations (A.65) and (A.72) are missing a factor of two in front of the \((aH)B\) term. Eq. (A.65) should read:

\[ \partial_i \partial_j \left[ A + 2\left(aH\right)B + \frac{\partial B}{\partial \tau} - \zeta \right] = 0. \]
Eq. (A.72) should read:
\[ \partial_i \partial_j \left[ A + 2\left(aH\right)B + \frac{\partial B}{\partial \tau} \right] = 0. \]
These are consistent with Eqs. (A.59) and (A.66).
