Guidelines:
1. Length of presentations: 2 to 5 minutes (may be shorter)
2. Everyone in the group has to talk about some aspect of the company.
Even if your company has a "socio general" or a company spokesperson,
everyone has to contribute.
3. You must be prepared to answer questions.
4. If you have other ideas for your presentations and wish to deviate
from these guidelines, please talk to me first.
First presentation
- Sept. 2003
(description of business and/or company)
1. describe the type of company you are establishing
a. empresa individual
b. Sociedad General
c. Sociedad Limitada
d. Corporación "sin fines de lucro"
2. introduce all of the "socios/as" and their specific assignments
3. describe your line of business and give your company a name
4. talk about the location of your business and why the location makes
sense
Second presentation

1. design an ad (anuncio) for your company
a. it can be a radio, television, newspaper, or magazine ad
b. you can make flyers, bookmarks, etc.
Third presentation
- Nov. 2003
(selling your product/idea to the class)
1. You should imagine that the class is either composed of a group of
investors or members of the board of a bank.
2. You will create persuasive information to convince the above that your
company deserves financial backing. You may base your presentation on
a. financial statistics
b. the quality of your product
c. demographics
d. current state of the economy, etc.
