From Interstate 290 W take the Millersport Hwy (263)exit North.  First light is 300 yds (Flint Rd).  Just past light, exit Millersport Hwy to Maple Rd.  Turn Right on Maple.  Next light is Maplemere N.  Turn left.  Follow road around curve and take 1st right into parking lot.  Audubon complex will be on your right, set back 200 yds from lot.

From New York State Thruway West

Just past toll booth in Amherst, N.Y., take 290 West exit.  Follow Local Directions

From New York State Thruway East

Exit at 290 West exit.  Follow Local Directions
