The Human Hepatic Cytochrome P450 Expression Calculator

Age (x)

Predicted Values and  Confidence Limits for Mean and for Predicted Value:

The numbers within the first set of parenthesis represents the confidence of the mean while the numbers within the second set of parenthesis represents the confidence interval for the population.

Age is limited to a maximum x = 20 years by current available data.

The CYP calculator is limited to x = 2.3 years for CYP3A7 as CYP3A7 expression has been shown to decrease after birth beyond level of detection in many individuals.

CYP2C19 = 2.5898 + 1.3071 * log ( x * 365)

CYP2C9 = 8.8611 - 0.36756 * x + 1.4799 * log ( x * 365)

CYP2E1 = 6.0189 + 5.9652 * log ( x * 365)

CYP3A4 = -8.3212 + 2.0401 * x + 4.1962 * log ( x * 365)

CYP3A5 = 3.2827 + 0.07205 * x + 0.08206 * log ( x * 365)

CYP3A7 = 162.2407 + 5.1011 * x - 25.7863 * log ( x * 365)

Note: x is in years in above formula.
