Brewing Setup - Boiling/Chilling
Here's my boiling setup!
It's an electric brewing system.
The two 4500W elements are shown here
stored upside down on the electric panel.
To brew, they can clamp on any straight sided kettle, here's one on the floor.
Here's one that goes on the stovetop, the elements clamp right in and it fits under the hood. The float switch is part of the auto-brewing system. It turns off the pump when the kettle is up to the target volume. Right now it's set at 6.5 gallons.
