†††††††† There are many things that I like to do during my spare time throughout the day. I am extremely passionate about going to the gym and exercising. Especially during the summer time, I like to go to the gym and lift some weights to keep in shape. I believe that health and fitness is key for a happy and satisfying life. I also like swimming as a cardio exercise. Swimming helps me relax my mind and just focus on breathing peacefully. Not only does it burn a lot of calories, itís definitely fun if you want to be competitive! Swimming may take a while to get used to, but with practice itíll come easy. I often swim indoors during the summer. Itís a great cardio and I think everyone should incorporate it to their daily lives.
