- Copy and layout editor for UBlearns Update Newsletter.
- Aid faculty, instructors, and TAs in the development and use of instructional technologies.
- Maintain and perform collection development for the ETC
Collection.
- Act as the ETC's database expert.

Spring, 1996 to Winter, 1999
Instructional Support Technologist
- Developed and maintained the School of Management World Wide Web site (http://www.mgt.buffalo.edu).
A variety of software tools are used for this, including HTML editors and
converters. Migrated the School of Management Web site from the Universitys
Unix server to an NT server within the School of Management. This site is
running on an NT 4.0 server with Internet Information Server, and Microsoft
FrontPage as the development/management tool.
- Supervised the Jacobs Computer Lab. This included setting policies, making
purchase recommendations for both hardware and software, and being a contact
person for the five graduate assistants who run the lab day-to-day.
- Oversaw the two technology classrooms in the School of Management. Assured
that the equipment worked properly and that the instructors using the classrooms
understood the proper use of the equipment.
- Trained School of Management faculty and staff in the use of the School
of Management Web. Included how to create new Web pages and maintain the information
already on the Web. Created templates to aid in this process, as well as to
ensure that all sections of the School of Management web remain consistent
in appearance and usability.
- Created and maintained an area on the School of Management Web for instructors
to use to make their course materials available via the Web.
