Spiced Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Marinade:
1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbs. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped

1/4 c. maple syrup
1 pork tenderloin


Combine the marinade ingredients, add tenderloin. Cover and marinate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight, refrigerated.

Heat the grill. Sear tenderloin on all sides quickly over high heat, then lower the heat, cover and cook for 15 - 25 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with maple syrup. Check temperature to make sure meat is 160 degrees.

Rest the meat a few minutes before slicing.
