Lime-Jalapeno Tartar Sauce

1/2 c. mayonnaise
jalapeno pepper, finely chopped, to taste
3 Tbs. lime juice
3-4 Tbs. pickle relish, drained
dash garlic powder

Mix all, let sit for a while to blend flavors.

Serve with crab cakes.

Note: This could be made with Lite mayonnaise, but I haven't tried it yet. I use around 1/2 - 3/4 tsp. chopped jalapeno.
