Chinese-Style Pork Tenderloin

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
2" piece fresh ginger, sliced
1 bunch cilantro, minced
2 Tbs. minced garlic
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3 lbs. pork tenderloin (about 3 tenderloins)

Mix all ingredients except tenderloin. Reserve approximately 1/3 of the marinade. Trim excess fat from pork, place pork in plastic bag and cover with remaining marinade. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hour in the refrigerator.

Heat grill. Place tenderloins on hot oiled grill. Cook over hot fire, turning frequently. Baste often with reserved marinade only. Cook to doneness (15 to 25 minutes) or use meat thermometer. Makes 4 servings.

Note: I cut the recipe to use one tenderloin for two people (and still had leftovers).
