The Theory of Anton Krichenbauer 1877

From Troy Odysseus sails to the Ciconians (Odyssey 9.39ff.), and from there to Egypt. From Egypt he reaches the Indian Ocean via the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aman, continues south to the Antarctic and the South Pole, returns and reenters the Mediterranean at Gibraltar via the Atlantic Ocean.
