This position will provide day-to-day operational and business
support to EDS' customers. Under general supervision, an individual
will be assigned a customer account to support and learn about
their daily operations. This position will require an individual
to define procedures, recommend improvements, perform business
design analysis, assist with user acceptance testing, document
technical and user functions, and support system maintenance and
enhancement activities. It is essential that the individual can
operate individually and in a team environment to provide solutions
for on-site customers, account, and technical staff.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or MIS is preferred
Excellent customer relations skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem solving skills
COBOL knowledge is a plus
