Responsibilities:

• I manage the operations of the General Libraries (Lockwood,Undergraduate, Science and Engineering, Music, Mathematics, Architecture and Planning) Interlibrary Loan Services. This includes the operations of both the borrowing of materials from other institutions for the use of University at Buffalo faculty, staff and students, and the oversight of the lending of University at Buffalo materials to other libraries and information centers.

• I supervise and train five clerical staff and a number of student assistants.

• I help the borrowing staff locate and obtain hard to find materials and assist the lending staff in identifying materials in the U.B. Libraries Collections.
