Full time is defined as a student being registered for 12 or more hours.
For tuition scholarship recipients only,  full time is defined as registration
of 9 hours or more, as the assistantship is equivelent to 3 hours.
If registered for less than 9 hours, a certification of full time
status must be on file with the graduate school.</body></html>
