MediaRobotics is the studio practice based joint of Cultural
Studies and Robotics Research. The agenda of MediaRobotics is
influenced by all forms of technical change that produce cultural
significance.
Mediation brings to MediaRobotics the concern for the cultural
situatedness of all human artifacts. Robotics brings to Mediarobotics
the inter-disciplinary engineering sciences that allow one
to build robust systems for the unstructured world. Mutually
infected and informed by the joint, technical practice and cultural engagement
can foster the investigation of complex engaged machines that affect our daily lives.
