This section is just a glance at a few biographical areas, in employment, education, and volunteer work. My goal had always been to be a reference librarian in an academic setting, but through some of these involvements, that focus may be changing at this time.
We've lived in many places, most of us. Some places may still have little pieces of us, though we are long gone from them. Most of these still dwell in me through memory and dreams.
Favorites: I love to read, and to draw, and to figure out design problems. I love to design -- logos and illustrations especially. In 2004, I designed logos for the national launch hosted by the Buffalo Rocket Society, and for the annual conference of the New York State Library Assistants Association. This is the NYSLAA logo:
I love to eat! and to cook - "Big Night" and "Babette's Feast" are among my favorite films. And "My Dinner with Andre" - though it doesn't actually have to do with food.
