The following are my notes and a sanitized httpd.conf file for sites that
want to know what SUNY at Buffalo did to use Shibboleth for PeopleSoft Authentication.
I know the process pretty well from end to end although I do not know the
IdP end as well since I'm not on the team that manages the IdP.
