Professional Mark Greenfield is a member of the professional staff at the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB). He has 18 years experience in information technology, the last 13 of which have been at UB. Mark's current position is Web Development Manager for the department of Computing & Information Technology (CIT), the university's central computing organization. He is responsible for managing CIT's web presence, including the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of CIT's web efforts. Mark also enjoys teaching workshops and seminars on web design. Workshops available through CIT include HTM 305, a three hour lecture style course on web site design. Mark's other professional interests include customer service and the application of the principles of total quality management in higher education. Mark has given several presentations both locally and nationally on how to incorporate Stephen Covey's seven habits into customer service.

New York with his wife Kimberly and daughter Makayla
and chocolate labrador Cody.
Kim also works at UB as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President
for Advancement and Development.
