Ceremony

Date:  September 9, 2000
Time:  4 pm
Place:  Wheat field somewhere outside of Dillon, MT  (see simple map or online map
Picture.

Short, simple, outdoor festivity where friends and family join us as we commit to walking this road of life together.  Wear comfortable shoes.  If it rains, we'll just have the wedding at the reception hall.

Directions:  From Dillon, take Highway 41 towards Twin Bridges just past the 9 mile marker.  Turn right onto a gravel road that has a sign labeled "Food Extrusion."  Go about a mile and turn right at the T junction.  Continue for about 1/2 a mile and turn left before the large white barns.  Drive for about 1.5 miles more.  You'll pass a feedlot and bins on your right.  After the feedlot, bear right when the road divides by some houses.  Continue to follow this main road for 2.4 miles past the feedlot.  The wedding site will be at the end of the road.  The field is only 6 miles off the main highway, and is about 25 minutes from Dillon.  Signs will be posted along the road on the day of the wedding.

Reception

Date:  September 9, 2000
Time:  4 pm
Place:  Festival barn at the Madison County Fairgrounds outside of Twin Bridges (see map).

Square footage=6610.  On National Registry of Historic Places.  Designed by the same guy who did the Old Faithful Lodge in Yellowstone.
Picture.

Bring your dancing shoes!  We will have a barbeque dinner and dancing afterwards.  Horseshoes and lawn games are welcome, as there are horseshoe pits and open fields at the fairgrounds.  There is also a playground for the kids.  However, please be careful, as the Jefferson River runs right by the reception site.  Trust us, you don't want to miss out.  We'll be heading out around 10 pm, but hey, party all night long, if you want (after all, we're not cleaning up)....

Directions:  Follow Highway 41 North to Twin Bridges.  It is 21 miles from the ceremony turnoff.  As you come into town, you will see a large, octagon-shaped log barn on your right.  That's the place!  In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be held at the reception site

We Hope You Come Early, Stay Late, and Have an Incredibly Fun Time!
