When Iím stressed out I like to experiment with new recipes and create new dishes. Pinterest is one of the best sites to stumble upon random dishes to create.

Parmesan Backed Zucchini Slices
Ĺ tsp. sea salt
ľ tsp. garlic powder
ľ tsp. ground black pepper
ľ cup shredded parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil
3. In a small bowl, combine sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper
4. Slice zucchini in thin slices
5. Arrange zucchini rounds on baking sheet, season with mixture
6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on zucchini
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown
