Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q: What technology will be available for my presentation?

A: Projectors with adaptors for PCs or Macs will be available for presenters.

 

Q: Will there be internet access for me to use at the venue?

A: Symposium attendees can access internet via IIA’s wireless network. The password will be available to attendees upon arrival.

 

Q: Will there be internet access at the Radisson?

A: The Radisson offers internet access for an additional fee.

For those symposium participants whose rooms were booked and paid for by the MesoSpace Project, internet is included.

 

Q: Should I bring my own handouts, or will there be printing available at the venue?

A: If you would like to provide handouts to your audience, please bring your own handouts as printing capabilities will be limited at the venue. The Radisson has a “business center” available that has photocopy capabilities.
