The invited speakers and many other attendees are staying here.

Taxis from airport to hotel:

Make use of the authorized airport taxis (see here). You can pick one of the various “windows” that sells tickets outside of the customs area but still within the airport. Indicate where you are going and the price is based on the zone where your destination is located. Buy your ticket and proceed to the area outside that corresponds to the cab company who will be taking you to the hotel. You tell them where you are going and give them the ticket. The ticket stub is your receipt.

**Note: It is important that you only take an authorized cab from the airport to the hotel -- DO NOT take a cab from the street near the airport.

A map with directions from the airport to the Radisson hotel is here. The hotel is in the area Colonia Parques del Pedregal.

Directions from Radisson hotel to UNAM:

IIA Van: A van from the Institute will transport invited speakers to the venue. A limited number of other participants may be able to use the van as well; however, space will be limited.

Taxi: (see map with instructions)

Taxis are available from various sources at various rates: cab on the street, cab at a cab stand, radio cab, or hotel cab (which will be most expensive)

Most cab drivers in the PeriSur area of the city know the CU (Ciudad Universitaria), which is around the corner from the hotel (about 4.3 km – not walkable). Some cabbies may not know the insides of CU very well. However, the key instruction is to head to Metro CU -- the institute is right by the subway stop and the cabbies know that.
