Volunteer activities include Buffalo Public School Superintendent's
committees on Vocational and Technical Education and Schools Utilization;
ASME Vice President, Board on Communications; American Institute for
Medical and Biological Engineering Chair, Academic Council; professional
interests also include computer programming and computer-aided design.
Leisure time activities, when the building, repairing and yard work are
done, include tennis, performing arts, theater, bridge, sailing our
Albacore at the all-home-built cottage on Sixmile Lake in the Canadian
