|Week 2||Looking for a client.|
|Week 3||Find client for team.|
|Week 4||Find client for team if one still has not been found.|
|Week 5||Discuss team collaboration issues.||Week 6||Discuss project plan. Solicit information needs from client||Week 7||Present project plan to class. Student/Client agreement form due 3/16. Collect information content for website.||Week 8||Solicit information needs from your client, have your client make the initial requirements for the Website, collect information content. Discuss with your client where to host the Website.Start to design the information architecture of your Website||Week 9||Continue working on your Website. Finish your first round of design and development. Recruit participants for your usability test.||Week 10||Continue working on your Website. Finish your first round of design and development. Recruit participants for your usability test.||Week 11||Share with the class your website to solicit feedbacks from the class.Post the url to your website's homepage on the Term project progress report discussion forum. A link is provided below. Start your usability test. Solicit feedback from the usability test and the client, revise your design, fix bugs, or collect more information. Discuss with your clientwhere to host the Website, and start to test your prototype Website on theclient's server if it is available.||Week 12||Revise your design, fix bugs based on the usability test results. Distribute the Client Survey. Start to prepare the usability test report and the final presentation.||Week 13||Keep soliciting feedback from the client and the users, revise your design, fix bugs. Reflect what software/system design model your team has used. Host your Website on your client's server if available, fix bugs. Prepare the Website Maintenance Manual (for your client) and the Project presentation.||Week 14||Post the url to your website homepage on the discussion board by 5/4 @11:59pm. Comments to your colleagues' works. Submit your project reports by 5/10 @11:59pm. Submit your cross evaluation by 5/10 @11:59pm.|
