Coordinated corporate-wide projects for integrating legacy AS/400 applications utilizing a DB2 database with corporate Internet and Intranet including the design and implementation of data migration. Participated in evaluation and selection process for replacing the current AS400 "green screen" applications with a web-enabled solution.
Choice One Communications (February 2000 - October 2002)
Choice One acquired Edge Global Marketing in 2000 and renamed it Choice One OnLine. Since its acquisition, I helped grow Choice One OnLine to over 2,000 web-hosting clients and 800 web design clients.

Coordinated corporate-wide projects for integrating e-services including the design and implementation of numerous data migrations and integration of web sites, email and domains (DNS, Email, Web Hosting) as Choice One acquired 5 additional telecom firms over a 2-year period of time.
Migrations involved incorporating domain names and web hosting information from existing platforms to Choice One's internal Solaris/Linux or Win 2000/NT environments as well as, migrating the email to one of Choice One's vendor environments.
Data was on various platforms including Solaris, Linux, other Unix and Windows NT. The web servers involved were Apache, IIS, and Netscape Server. The back end databases were MS SQL, MS Access, mySQL, Oracle and other homegrown DB management systems.
Client data was migrated into our mySQL DB using PHP to allow management of client data (address, phone, and contact information), web hosting data, task management and time tracking.
Directed team of System Administrators (Unix/Linux/Solaris and NT/W2k) and e-services provisioning staff (DNS, Email, and Web Hosting) responsible for creating web hosting space and setup of email and FTP accounts as well as, handling the Domain Name Service setup.
Analyzed, designed and prioritized technology projects including budgeting, forecasting, time lines, and creation of IT teams to successfully accomplish projects and grow new business.
