Welcome to the CSE 442 Wheelchair Simulator Project.
This project is in cooperation with the Center for Handicapped Children in Buffalo, NY, and is modeled after the needs of handicapped children and a desire to introduce them to something they may not be able to interact with in their everyday lives, free motion (or flight).
Mission:
Our goal for this project is to develop a budget-friendly and safe device that allows handicapped children who are wheelchair bound to feel (maybe for the first time) free motion. We aim to do this via simulating different activities, such as running, jumping and even flying!
