I am a 3rd year graduate student here at the University at Buffalo. My main interests are Argument Structure, Formulaic Language, Psycholinguistics and Semantic Typology. I am currently working on my Qualifying Projects working in Construction Grammar and with English idioms.

I am also working on a project with Andreas Brocher, Juergen Bohnemeyer and Mandana Seyfeddinipur on eye tracking evidence of motion event segmentation in English.

I work in Juergen Bohnemeyer's Semantic Typology Lab and Gail Mauner and J.P. Koenig's Sentence Processing lab.

When I'm not working on linguistics, I volunteer with The Ten Lives. They are a rescue organization in Western New York that shelters cats until they can be found a good home. They are the only Western New York shelter that keeps otherwise healthy FIV+ cats. I also knit and spin. My current textile projects can be found on Ravelry.
