2014 NHL Stanley Cup Pools

June 13, 2014
Fiftly-six points for nobody from Los Angeles in the Stanley Cup Finals. Congrats to Timmy for doing less poorly than everyone else.
June 1, 2014
Fourty-two more points for nobody from Los Angeles in the third round. Collectively we went 0-for-28 on picking the finalists.
May 29, 2014
Fourty-two points for nobody from New York in the third round. Just waiting on the Kings or Blackhawks to play some June hockey with the Rangers.
May 16, 2014
And the 4 #1 seeds are all out. Twenty-four points from Los Angeles in the second round. Congrats to Timmy, who, as I recall was asleep when his mom made his picks.
May 14, 2014
Goodbye Boston! Twenty-four points from Montreal in the second round. Timmy takes a commanding lead! Only Paul Hurley can catch him with a deep run by Anaheim.
May 13, 2014
Finally some more points for real! Twenty points from Chicago in the second round. That's more points than half the participants have so far.
May 13, 2014
Finally some more points! Twenty-eight (!) points from New York in the second round. Why so many? Points are doubled in the second round...and everyone picked someone else! So the standings did not change a bit. Just a lot of lost potential.
April 30, 2014
And now eleven points from Los Angeles in the first round. Good finish for Lucy and Timmy who picked both big upsets to finish the night. Timmy went 7 for 8 in round 1 to grab the lead with 38 points.
April 30, 2014
Ten points from Minnesota in the first round. Traded goals all game until Minnesota finaly got two in a row. One more series will finish early in the morning.
April 30, 2014
Four points from New York in the first round. Nobody likes the Rangers' chances against the Penguins. Two more series will finish later tonight.
April 28, 2014
A single, lousy point from Pittsburgh in the first round. That's fewer points than Columbus scored in the third period trying to dig out of a 4-0 hole (3).
April 27, 2014
Just two points from Anaheim in the first round. That's fewer points than Anaheim scored in the last five minutes of the game to snatch victory away from Dallas (3).
April 27, 2014
Six points from Chicago in the first round. Six players have perfect scores after 3.
April 26, 2014
Three points from Boston in the first round. It is not starting well for Isabel, but she could still finish strong (but not Boston strong, that does not help her).
April 22, 2014
Five points from Montreal in the first round...except for the five of us who did not pick the Canadiens.
