1. Researching on Heterogeneous Object representation, modeling, analysis, and processing for rapid prototyping.

2. Studied Laser and Projector based Hybrid Stereolithography Techniques and developed a precise and efficient hybrid system combining laser based SLA and projector based SLA.

3. Developed a Probabilistic Graphical Model based approach to automatically assign materials to parts of a 3D object based on their shape, functionality, and semantic relationships.

4. Optimized 3D models for target failure point using FEA with ABAQUS and MATLAB toolbox.

1. Studied the shape stability of pipeline with a special cross-sectional shape for X42 Expandable Convoluted Tubing used in Drilling Techniques.

2. Conducted material microstructure analysis with Microscope and SEM for different heat-treated samples. Experimented with a series of heating processes on cold rolled tube and deduced optimum heat treatment to reduce residual stress.
