WINPPP

Download WINPPP.EXE and INSTALL.BAT to one disk (the two files take about 400KB).
WINPPP.EXE is a self-extracting file and INSTALL.BAT is a batch file that helps you
install WINPPP on your PC. 
Assume that you install WINPPP from your drive A. Insert the WINPPP disk into 
drive A, type 

	a:
	install
