Dr. John Harrold obtained his Ph.D. degree in
the department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the
University of Pittsburgh. He subsequently joined the Peace Corps
where he worked as a biology lecturer at the National University of
Samoa. His work within the Center for Protein Therapeutics
focused on modeling the interactions of monoclonal antibodies with
CD-20 receptors. This modeling examined the dynamics of mechanistic
responses and the relation between response dynamics and therapeutic outcomes.
