Dr. Qi (Nancy) Zhang obtained
her B.S (1995), M.S. (2000) and Ph.D. (2006) degrees from the
China Pharmaceutical University with her PhD thesis addressing
“Metabolomic Investigation of Hyperlipidemia”. Prior to joining
the Center for Protein Therapeutics (CPT) post-doctoral program,
she served as associate professor and deputy director in Jiangsu
Provincial Institute of Materia Medica, Nanjing University of
Technology in China. Currently, she is assessing the
pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a TNF-a
antagonist in a rat model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and
advancing PK/PD/PG/DIS modeling to elucidate key mechanistic
steps and interactions leading to abrogation of RA by a TNF-a
antagonist.
